Meet Juan Ortega

Juan Ortega has over 25 years of sales, marketing & business experience having led teams for some of the most luxurious hotel companies in the world. In 2012 he made the entrepreneurial shift and launched The Journey to Excellence, a business coaching & consulting organization. Today as the owner of an ActionCOACH franchise, he utilizes his real-world experience along with the ActionCOACH system to achieve amazing results for clients.

Juan has experienced tremendous success in working with businesses of all sizes and industries by helping them solve their most challenging issues around the areas of sales, marketing, operations, and building winning teams. As a speaker, trainer, and facilitator, he brings energy, humor, and fresh ideas to every presentation he delivers. He is a published author, husband, and father of three amazing girls.

Meet Christine Johnson

Christine Johnson has over 20 years’ experience as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Project Management. Additionally, she has 15 years’ experience coaching and leading trainings in the transformation trainings of Landmark Worldwide and Gratitude Trainings. Christine is an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach.

In 2018, Christine took the leap from corporate America and declared that the rest of her life gets to be about making a difference. She joined the ActionCOACH team in 2021. She uses her corporate experience and transformation trainings to support business owners in shifting their mindset and taking bold actions in all areas of their business.

Christine is a wife, mother of three bright young women and grandmother to two amazing boys. Her passion, beyond coaching businesses to succeed, is working with teens through the nonprofit Extreme Teen Leaders.
